Shipping Policy: Due to the nature and customization of all of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All orders require prep time. Shipping time is calculated from time part is made not from the time order is placed. Unless, there is physical damage to the product due to the nature of the shipping environment there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.
